Hi, both Commanders are treated individually so if either leave the battlefield they return to the command zone. Plus each one can be played once or twice a turn if mana available. Hope that helps.

@TOTALmtg sorry if what I said is confusing but I'm trying to understand how you pay to bring them back into play from the c zone. If it was was one commander then it's an additional two mana but now that you have two commanders if they both come back from the c zone since it's a pair do I pay that additional two for each card or just pay two extra mana once?

@ ah no buddy, each one has its own separate cost so if one goes back that one gets just the additional 2 like normal. You keep track of each separately.

@TOTALmtg it was my first bundle ever and left a bad taste. Just got into MTG and figured it could be a good way to find some cool cards and build a collection

@@daniellerokos4525 Ah sorry to hear that. As products go i think bundles are one of the best even though sometimes the value isn't there. That can be down to the set itself. The breakdown cost of a single pack and whet else you get in them is above value normally, cards pulls excluded.

Yeah certainly,will depend on the power your playing against to how consistent they’d be in winning though. But should hold up well in certain matchups.

It’s probably a different art version I have or the deck has been transported to another format and you need to change it back to standard

If anyone else comes across this comment, Monstrous Rage was bugged in Arena, saying it wasn’t legal in Standard even though it is, probably related to the fact that it was banned in Alchemy. It’s safe to craft for Standard.

No rares in it just a rare version of an uncommon card in my collection for the art, have a search again on arena for it you’ll see.

Hi, so i would try and add Cruel Somnophage a decent rare creature upgrade, mills and can be big too! Probably cutting the Splitskin for them. Then add as many rare lands as you can swap out for basics i'd say.

Upgrading the creatures is defo the first move I’d say. Basically swapping for what you have in the rares. I do like the krakens though so I’d maybe swap the others first but that’s just my preference 😊

Nah not at all buddy! Sometimes it’s just the luck or no luck on arena! It defo works as this particular build I took and won a budget standard event with in my lgs. Hope it turns out better for you.

@TOTALmtg I did start to get a few wins. A bad hand is very difficult to recover from with that deck. And I'm realizing if with your opening hand you can't hit a definite poison by turn two, you have to mulligan. I was trying to make opening hands work where I should have just mulliganed for 6.

There are many LotR/Hobbit themed cards that works well in the deck still! Like The Shire, Peregrin Took, Samwise Gamgee, Meriadock Brandybuck, The Battle of Bywater, Galadriel, Gift-Giver...

@karelvalecka7653 yeah! I love this set so much. I have yet to play around with modifying the deck, but I'm glad to have the rest of the LOTR set to play with it. Sadly, all the upgrade guides I find typically go outside of the set.

@ I did my personal upgrade recently and I went for some outside of the set upgrades because all my mates have very competitive decks. But most of the upgrade cards (circa 80%) are from the LotR set, because they are still very good and competitive together. Just take a look on all green/white/black cards in the set and you will surely find many other nice upgrades! The guide makers often leave out some cheaper decent cards and just go for meta cards. Anyways it's more satisfying to deckbuild just by yourself and upgrading precons it's a nice way to learn it. Goodluck!
